We take pride in the relationships that we have developed over the past 25+ years with local Canadian suppliers and wholesalers. We also support trusted international vendors from around the world that have values that align with ours in respect to ethically made and produced products.

We are an ecommerce store at present, but may consider a brick-and-mortar store in the future.
All of the items that we have on our site we have personally seen and approve the quality and look of each and every one of the items.

Orders are usually all processed and shipped within a 24hour period. *We do not process orders over the weekend/Statutory holidays. Orders placed on Friday after 4pm PST will be processed and shipped the next business day. We always recommend that you carefully review your order prior to submitting it. However, we know mistakes can happen and if your order remains unfulfilled at the time you reach out and let us know we will do our best to make those adjustments for you. Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order to request a cancellation. If your order has already shipped and we are unable to reroute it during transit, you may be required to incur the inconvenience and cost of having to receive the item and ship it back.
However, custom and made to order items are not eligible for cancellation after the 24-hour window unfortunately.
